HOW TO ENTER:
To enter, register for the "Virtualization 2.0 - Beyond The Server" Video Event November 17, 2009 at 2PM E.T. at http://www.langerlive.com/registration_langerlive.php. Alternatively, send your name, company, address (specify home or business), telephone number (specify home or business) and e-mail address to "Langer Live Virtualization 2.0, c/o Marketing On-Q Inc., 223 Wall Street #167, Halesite, NY 11743". Contest begins November 3, 2009. All entries must be received on or before midnight ET November 17, 2009.

NOTIFICATION:
The prizewinner will be determined at a random drawing of Langer Live Video attendees and other qualified entrants after the Video Event at Marketing On-Q Inc. offices on or about November 30, 2009. The winner will be notified by mail, email and/or telephone on or about December 20, 2009. Judge's decision is final. This contest is sponsored by Langer Live IT Leadership Video Series, AMD and Marketing On-Q Inc.

The prize will be awarded to the winner. In the event of unavailability of the stated prize, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute item of equal or greater value. Prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash. Taxes are the sole responsibility of winner. Winner will be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility, liability release and grant permission to use his/her name and likeness for advertising and promotion (without further compensation to the winners) within 21 days of notification or an alternate winner will be selected. (Tennessee residents need not complete and return a publicity release.) Contest void where prohibited or restricted by law.

ELIGIBILITY:
Contest open to legal residents of the 50 United States, including the District of Columbia (but not Puerto Rico) and Canada (except Quebec) who are 18 years or older, who attend the Video event above and who have access to the Internet on or before Novemer 17, 2009 or who submit an alternate entry as provided above. Employees of Langer Live IT Leadership Video Series, AMD and Marketing On-Q Inc. and/or their affiliates, advertising, promotion and production agencies and members of their immediate families (including spouse, parents, siblings, grandparents, grandchildren, step-children, step-parents and in-laws) or those with whom they are domiciled are not eligible. Selected Canadian entrants must first correctly answer a mathematical skill testing question administered by mail in order to claim a prize.

One entry on the Web Site per person, e-mail address or household is permitted. Odds of winning are determined by the total number of eligible entries received. A purchase will not increase one's chances of winning. The use of any automated devices in connection with this promotion is prohibited. Entries made on the Internet will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. In the event of a dispute, potential winner may be required to provide proof that the potential winner is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the potentially winning entry.

(A Tennessee resident consents to the use of his name and likeness only if such Tennessee resident expressly consents to such use.) Langer Live IT Leadership Video Series, AMD and Marketing On-Q Inc. is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry of information including, but not limited to technical malfunctions, human error, lost/delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failures of any telephone network, computer equipment, software or any combination thereof, entry materials that have been tampered with, or mail in entries that are illegible, late, lost, damaged, postage due or misdirected. Langer Live IT Leadership Video Series, AMD and Marketing On-Q Inc. are not responsible for any injury or damage to participants or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any material in this promotion. Entries that have been tampered with or altered are void. Langer Live IT Leadership Video Series, AMD and Marketing On-Q Inc. reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this promotion if it becomes technically corrupted or if for any reason the Internet portion of the program is not capable of running as planned, including infections by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of Langer Live IT Leadership Video Series, AMD and Marketing On-Q Inc. which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion.
